Package Notifications

When your package arrives, you will receive an automated email notification to your CUA email account.

If you would like to have these e-mails forwarded to your cell phone in a text message format, follow these steps:

1) Log onto your CUA Gmail account and click "Settings," then open the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.

2) Select "Add new email address." The email address will be your cell phone number followed by the carrier extension.

  • Verizon Wireless: cellnumber@vtext.com
  • AT&T: cellnumber@mobile.att.net
  • Cingular: cellnumber@mycingular.com
  • Nextel: cellnumber@messaging.nextel.com
  • T-Mobile: cellnumber@tmomail.net
  • Sprint: cellnumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
  • Tracfone: cellnumber@cingularme.com

3) You will receive a verification code instantly. Enter the code and click "Verify."

4) Select the forwarding address in the drop-down box.

5) To receive only emails from the Mail Room, click "Create a filter."

6) Enter criteria in the boxes

  • From: tracking
  • Subject: Package arrived.

7) Follow the steps to specify what actions will be taken after arrival.
